Now boarding the Good Ship Harmony!
Ships, storms and sea shanties ahoy; set sail on an ocean-inspired adventure packed with music, stories and a splash of salty fun.
Dive into the deep blue sea on this multisensory orchestral journey, exploring the majesty and drama of the oceans, the important role they play in keeping our planet healthy, and how they inspire musicians and artists every day.
Step aboard the Good Ship Harmony and be guided through the instrumental families of the orchestra, the role of the conductor (or our ship’s captain!) and hear a range of nautical repertoire including Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture, Malcolm Arnold’s Padstow Lifeboat, Britten’s Four Sea Interludes, and Anna Clyne’s Night Ferry.
Bespoke orchestral concerts for school groups open up the world of classical music to children and inspire their creativity. We hope you can join us!
