We want everybody to be able to enjoy The Glasshouse
If you are d/Deaf or disabled and have a specific access requirement, our Access Scheme helps us provide the best experience, whenever you visit.
By registering and answering a few questions, we’ll be able to quickly and easily find the best available seats for you – and keep it on file for next time you book.
Once you’re registered, you’ll also be able to get complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) tickets when you come to see a performance.
How to Join
To join the Access Scheme, you can ask for a form at Box Office on your next visit or download the form from this page to print at home or complete online.
If you would like to request complimentary PA tickets, we need a few documents as part of your application for proof of eligibility.
Support with your application
If you need support with your application, bring your application form and your supporting documents to Box Office and we can take copies and help you complete the form.
You can send your completed application and copies of your supporting documents by:

Once we have received your application, we commit to processing it within 10 working days.
You can send your completed form, along with any necessary supporting evidence by email, post, or in person at Box Office.

Applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis – please get in touch if you have any questions.
Complimentary tickets for PAs are available for any d/Deaf or disabled person who has purchased a ticket to an event or performance and would be unable to attend without the help of their PA.
Your PA must be able to assist you to access our venue and facilities, remaining with you to ensure your well-being and comfort. They should be physically able to assist you to leave the building in the event of an emergency.
The Glasshouse holds personal and access information about our customers in order to provide the best possible service. We’ll always ask for your consent to hold your details and we will never release any details held on the Access Scheme to outside organisations.
