The stage where young musicians step up, stand out, and shape the future of brass banding.

Taking place the day after the 49th Brass in Concert Championships, this event brings together eight of the finest youth brass bands from across the country to compete for the prestigious title of Youth Brass in Concert Champions.

After a sellout event last year, Youth Brass in Concert is back – and it’s sure to be bigger and bolder.  All brass stars of the future, the bands showcasing their talents are:

Elland Youth Band, Hampshire County Youth Band, Houghton Area Youth Brass Band, Lancashire Youth Brass Band, Lions Youth Band, Shepherd Youth Band, Wardle Youth Brass Band, Youth Brass 2000.

Join us on Sunday 15 November to witness eight of the UK’s best youth bands compete for the prestigious title of Youth Brass in Concert Champions. Expect a level of creative programming and musical calibre which proves that the future of brass banding is in seriously good hands.

As with Brass in Concert, the unique themes will remain firmly under wraps until event week – but we can say that the atmosphere is going to be electric from the very first note to the very last. Celebration and passion lie at the heart of the show, so whether you’re a seasoned brass fan or new to the scene, you do not want to miss this day.
