Her vinyasa sessions weave strength with softness, leaving you both soothed and empowered.

A down-to-earth guide with a deep love for movement, music and the magic of yoga. Founder of Yoga for Tired People and Jo has been teaching for over 15 years. Her sessions are joyful, welcoming and rooted in the belief that yoga should meet you exactly where you are – no pressure, no judgment, just space to breathe and move with kindness.

Paul Taylor’s piano is spacious and tender. Soft chords, delicate melodies, and notes that shimmer. Gentle harmonies drift through the room, bringing a subtle festive warmth as the practice unfolds, wrapping everyone in calm and stillness.
