Yoga In Harmony

Inhale. Exhale. Let live music lead.
Find your flow in a restorative morning practice where movement meets live music. Each session is designed to calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, and leave you feeling grounded, open, and renewed. With every breath, posture, and pause, musicians guide the room.
It’s more than yoga. It’s music and movement in perfect harmony and every month brings a new teacher–musician pairing.
