Wellness Weekend
Mindful. Meditative. Food for body and soul.
A wellness retreat on your doorstep, only sunnier, lighter, and with much better music.
For one summery weekend, The Glasshouse turns into a space to breathe out, stretch a little, slow everything down and enjoy the kind of feel‑good activities that genuinely make a difference.
Try a sound bath. Tap into a drum circle. Sip something soothing. Stretch, breathe, unwind, or simply lie back and let the music do the heavy lifting. Every session is welcoming, unfussy, and built around feeling better, not being perfect.
Come for one workshop or make a day of it. Bring a friend. Bring your curiosity. Bring your intention.
Leave lighter than you arrived. It’s summer. It’s spacious and good for you.

Drum Circle
With Shannon Pearl
Rhythmic. Uplifting. All in together.
Step into a circle of rhythm where everyone joins in — no skills, no solos, no pressure. Just a group of people picking up drums, finding a beat and building something joyful together.
It’s energising, it’s noisy in the best way, and it’s a brilliant way to shake off the week.
Come for the rhythm, stay for the smiles.

Aromatherapy Meditations
With Shannon Pearl
Drifty. Dewy. Mind‑mellowing calm.
Step into a little pocket of calm and let the pace drop right down. Soft scents drift through the room, the light’s a little hazy, and the whole space feels like someone pressed pause on the rest of the day.
You’ll be guided through simple, easy breathing, just enough to let your mind unravel a bit and your body soften. It’s a warm, floaty, mid‑summer quiet that leaves you feeling clearer, lighter, and ready to wander back into the weekend at your own speed.

Cacao Ceremony
With Shannon Pearl
Warm. Rich. A slow‑down shared moment.
Settle in for a calm, comforting moment built around one simple pleasure: a cup of proper ceremonial cacao. Time to pause, sip something rich and grounding, and take a quiet breath with the people around you.
Light intention‑setting (think: ‘what do I want more of today?’) followed by a few minutes of stillness to let the warmth do its thing. It’s cosy, easy, and surprisingly settling, like a warm hug in mug form.
Perfect as a gentle break between busier sessions or as a peaceful way to close your day.
