The Wandering Hearts
‘Driving Home For Christmas’ plus Songs of the Folk
Harmonising. Magical. Stars atop the Americana tree.
The Wandering Hearts are a three part vocal harmony group who are at the forefront of the UK Americana, Folk and Country music scenes. They also tour and perform frequently across the pond in the USA. We’re delighted they’re returning to The Glasshouse this December for a new show.
Driving Home for Christmas with the Wandering Hearts is an intimate evening of festive song, stories and no doubt some laughter as the band sing through seasonal favourites as well as their own songs. Join the band for a jolly send off to 2024 and singalong moments to see in the new year!

About the band
The Wandering Hearts formed in London in 2015. Since the release of their first record Wild Silence (Decca), Tara, Chess and AJ have been on an incredible journey. To-date, they have released three studio albums and are working on more!
The band personally received the Bob Harris Emerging Artist award at the UK Americana awards in 2018 after Bob had shown them huge support on his radio show. They’ve also toured with country music legend Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives in the UK and were invited to perform with him at The Ryman Auditorium, The Grand Ole Opry and Graceland in the United States. This made them the first British band to have their debut at the Ryman and Opry in the same week!
The Wandering Hearts have shared bills with artists such as The Eagles, Eric Clapton, Gladys Knight, Celine Dion, Tom Petty, Chris Stapleton, Jack Savoretti and many more.

Plus Songs of the Folk
Songs of the Folk – Asheville, North Carolina’s premier folk and blues duo have impressed throughout the States and are now captivating audiences across the UK.
A.T. and Lauren Cason are lifetime musicians who perform original American folk and blues songs that harken back to roots music of the American South plus the 1960s Folk Revival artists of NYC’s Greenwich Village. It’s Simon & Garfunkel mixed with early Dylan, with a touch of Leonard Cohen and a helping of true Piedmont blues guitar from North Carolina.
Audience members will be in awe of their songwriting, fingerstyle guitar-playing, refined vocal harmonies and exceptional lyricism. But most importantly, by the end of the set they’ll feel like old friends of the Casons and part of Songs of the Folk.
