The Magic Numbers, a UK quartet comprising two sets of siblings (Romeo and Michele Stodart, Sean and Angela Gannon), are celebrated for their unique harmonies, melodic hooks, songwriting craftsmanship and timeless sound.
Their 2005 Mercury Prize nominated self-titled debut album, has sold over a million copies and features hit singles like ‘Forever Lost’, ‘Love Me Like You’, and ‘Love is a Game’.
They’re known internationally for exciting and uplifting live performances and have shared stages with Neil Young, Brian Wilson, Radiohead, The Flaming Lips, The Who, U2, Elbow and Bright Eyes amongst others. To-date, they have five successful albums under their belt and new music in the pipeline.
Individually, the band’s members have been successful in their own rite. Romeo has written and produced for artists like the late Jane Birkin, Natalie Imbruglia, Ren Harvieu and Chemical Brothers, while Michele’s an award winning artist and collaborator who has released three acclaimed solo albums.
