What's happening in the music?

Bach’s music can be enjoyed on so many levels. There’s some who enjoy its technical complexities, who marvel at his musical structures, who like to really get into the mechanics of the music. For some it’s a highly emotional experience. For others it’s like a balm for the soul. An afternoon of his keyboard music can be enjoyed in any way you like, with this concert concluding with the complexity and might of his Prelude and Fugue in A minor, more usually performed on an organ.
