Kelis is an American singer, songwriter, and chef who believes everything is better smothered and dipped in sauce. She has released six studio albums and studied as a saucier at the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu. Kelis has been recognized at the Brit Awards, Q Awards, NME Awards, and Grammy Awards ceremonies. Her musical output, both as a lead and featured artist, encompasses various genres—she has collaborated with R&B and hip hop acts including Busta Rhymes and Clipse, electronic and dance producers such as Calvin Harris, Timo Maas, and Richard X, pop and rock acts Enrique Iglesias and No Doubt and indie and alternative musicians including Björk and Dave Sitek. She has sold six million records worldwide.
Kelis’ first cookbook, My Life on a Plate, was released on September 28, 2015; Kelis describes it as “an exploration of tastes and cultures, and my experience as a chef, musician, mother, and wife”. She is also the creator of a line of Bounty and Full, a line of sauces made with love and integrity.

Dylan Cartlidge is a rapper, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist & producer. His music incorporates elements of funk, soul, hip hop, gospel rock, and R&B and he is known for his hopeful narratives. He was featured in the first episode of BBC documentary The Mighty Redcar, where he was seeking a record deal. He signed to Glassnote Records and released his deubt album Hope Above Adversity in 2021.
Currently working on this next project, he’s been featured on US Hip Hop collaboration Cheat Codes by Dangermouse x Black Thought, Cartlidge’s vocals we’re on two tracks ‘Because’ & ‘Strangers’ featuring artists such as A$ap Rocky, Run The Jewels, Joey Bada$$ & Russ in 2023 as well as touring around Europe with Superorganism.
Cartlidge was named to NPR World Cafe’s ’30 Under 30′ following his on air appearance in 2021. He has also appeared at Glastonbury Festival, SXSW, The Great Escape, and BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend at Middlesbrough.
