Hejira - A Celebration of Joni Mitchell

Hejira started as a one-off gig. Now it’s blossomed into a highly successful touring band celebrating Joni Mitchell’s music. Their specialties? Masterpiece works Mitchell captured on her albums Court and Spark through to Wild Things run Fast.
Hejira’s seven members are highly experienced, world-class musicians whose main aim to serve the music.
Within three years they’ve played over 130 shows. Many at prestigious venues and festivals. In 2026 and 2027 they’re adding more dates to the list, including some in America.
They’ve also racked up over 1.5 million YouTube views.
In 2027 they’re heading to Gateshead. The setlist curated by the band features songs that are beautiful, exciting and, as always with Joni, totally touching.
As Joni recently turned 80, and has started performing again, it’s the perfect time to celebrate her work as one of the greatest singer songwriters of the 20th century.
