Need to know

Venue: Concourse

When: 11am – 4pm

All welcome, this is a totally free event. Just come on down.

Roaming magician

11am and 1pm

Keep your eyes peeled…

One minute they’re beside you, the next they’ve made something disappear. Expect mind-boggling tricks, plenty of laughs and a few moments that’ll have the grown-ups scratching their heads too.

Hair Braids

11am - 2:30pm

Braids. Bright colours. Big main-character energy.

Choose your colours, pick your style and let our braiders work their magic.

Not Just a Pretty Facepaint

11am - 2pm

One face. Endless possibilities.

Whether it’s whiskers, wings or a whole lot of glitter, our face painters have you covered.

Bubble Whisperer

12pm and 2pm

Bubbles bigger than the bairns.

Watch giant bubbles float, shimmer and swirl through the air before stepping inside one yourself. Yes, really.

It’s part bubble show, part hands-on magic and guaranteed to have cameras at the ready.

Cèilidh

3pm – 3:45pm

The band strikes up, the caller shouts ‘find a partner!’ and suddenly the whole room is spinning, skipping, swapping places and trying their best to ‘dos‑à‑dos’. No experience needed. The caller talks you through every step, every swirl, every ‘right, off you go!’

Come as a family, come as a swirling chain of cousins, just be ready to move.
