When he was only 12 years old, Richard met Elton backstage at a show. Elton sent Richard an encouraging note wishing him luck after he sang and played piano for him. The rest was history.
20 years on, Richard, as Captain Fantastic, with his phenomenal Rocket Man Band, are famed for recreating note-for-note, and live on stage, one of the greatest music catalogues in history.
