Block Party is a proper Tyne-side takeover. Inside. Outside. Riverside. All alive with all out sunshine mode morning ’til late.
So go on, grab your sunnies. Slip on the flip‑flops. Pick up something tasty, roam our sprawling makers market, park yourself in a sun patch, or just people‑watch with a cold beer (or iced latte) in hand as our Omar Disku Westy go b2b.
And just down the river, our neighbours at Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art are bringing the heat too. An iconic Art Car Boot Fair, two brand new exhibitions, artist talks, creative drop-in’s, Quayside walks and a Tish Murtha + Chritra Ganesh Preview Party stretching into the evening.
