Application Process for 25-26 academic year

For existing students and families

The information below is designed to help families with existing students. If you require any further help, please email youngmusicians@theglasshouseicm.org.

Non-Auditioned Programmes (Saturdays)

Month	Details
February	We will invite you to confirm continuation or withdrawal. Bursaries: If you are in receipt of a bursary, you will need to apply again for 25-26. We will send you the bursary form when we invite you to confirm your continuation or withdrawal, however the bursaries will be processed in line with new applications (see below).
March	Continuation forms processed. Confirmation of place for those continuing. Bursaries processed in line with open applications.
March – April	Applications open to new students.
25 April 2025	Applications closed.
May – June	Bursaries processed internally.
June	Bursaries offered/confirmed.
7 July 2025	Deadline for accepting your place and/or bursary. Full registration form required.
August 2025	Confirmation of timetable, important dates, fees, and payment process. Fees processed through The Glasshouse ticket office and attributed to your account.

Auditioned Programmes (Sundays)

Month	Details
February	We will invite you to confirm continuation or withdrawal. Bursaries: If you are in receipt of a bursary, you will need to apply again for 25-26. The bursaries are provided by the Department for Education and we follow their timeline in line with new applications (see below).
March	Continuation forms processed. For those who wish to continue we will be in touch to confirm your place. We won’t be able to confirm bursaries at this point. Your bursary application will be processed in line with the open application timeline (see below).
March – April	Applications open to new students.
25 April 2025	Applications closed.
June	DfE bursary forms sent out.
7 July 2025	Deadline for accepting you place and returning your bursary form (if relevant).
August 2025	We will confirm your timetable, any important dates, your fees and how to pay. Fees are processed through The Glasshouse ticket office and are attributed to your existing account. This generates an order number, which will be different from your current order number. To pay your fees, you will need your account log in details and your order number. More info on how to pay will be included in the email we send.
