Prepare to be amazed. Sage One auditorium is a truly magnificent space. You’ll want to take a moment to absorb the sights and sounds of everything the space has to offer.
The three-tiered, wooden panelled hall, with its large centre stage gives a majestic feel, whilst encouraging creativity in your event. There’s loads of high end tech in here too. Always wanted to try gig-level production on your conference? Want to livestream your conference? Now is your chance.

Northern Rock Foundation Hall

Create drama with impressive 10m high ceilings, wood-panelled walls and stunning full-length windows looking out onto the Concourse. It’s a flat-floored space with a built-in truss rig so really flexible in layout and ambiance. The acoustics of the room were designed for orchestral rehearsals – mirroring the acoustics of our main auditorium. With an event in here you know you’ll be taking advantage of that sound quality and tech kit.

Need flexibility? Our Barbour Room has got you covered. It’s set back with a private glass balcony overlooking Newcastle’s Tyne Bridge. There’s space for networking and drinks, and, most importantly, it gives the perfect backdrop for that Instagram selfie or press shot. Plus, this room can be divided into two separate spaces, Barbour West and Barbour East, providing smaller rooms for smaller numbers – and all in the time it takes for a tea break!
