Paix
PAIX is an artist; session musician, performer, visual artist and director based in Glasgow. She creates under the moniker Paix, which means peace. Paix experiments with new forms of expression and moves in the spaces between established artforms. Paix is at her happiest when collaborating and co-creating. Alongside creatively producing and leading on projects, Paix collaborates with local, national and international artists to make records, live performance, film and digital performance. Her latest projects include; creating and scoring award winning short films, co-writing and performing on the album ‘With Love, From Glasgow’ from Producer and DJ Rebecca Vasmant, which made the Top 10 on the UK and International Jazz Charts, respectively.
