Make Music: Young People: Winter Wonders!
Playful. Inspiring. A musical winter wonderland in the making!
As we celebrate 21 years of The Glasshouse, join members of Make Music: Young People as they showcase what they’ve been working on this term in a selection of concerts and performances –including a special commission to be performed in Sage One at 3pm in celebration of our birthday.
Enjoy free performances from Foundation & Step Up Programmes, our Centre for Advanced Training (CAT), and our ensembles.
There will also be a variety of concourse performances happening throughout the day including:
- Step Up Sinfonia & Step Up Singing at 10.45am
- Jazz Attack at 11am
- Reely Folk at 11.30am
- West Newcastle Symphony Orchestra at 12.30pm
In addition to their performances on Saturday 20 December, Young Sinfonia will also present a pre-concert performance ahead of Handel’s Messiah on Sunday 14 December. This is a free, unticketed event at 2pm in Sage One.
