Fun Fact
David Bowie and Sting were almost Bond villains.
Both David Bowie and Sting were considered for the role of villain Zorin in the Bond movie A View to a Kill.
Sting actually met with the director about the part, but his schedule conflicted. Bowie was offered the role but declined outright, he said he “didn’t want to spend five months watching my double fall off mountains.”
