Take your music production skills to the next level.
Are you an aspiring young Music Producer?
Trying to get a foot in the door in music production?
Want to develop your production skills in a professional studio?

If you’re 18-30 and fancy a career in music recording, mixing or producing, Making Tracks Advanced will give you the hands-on experience you need to build your portfolio.
You’ll be mentored in real industry practice. You’ll work in a professional recording studio. Our pro team will support you to develop your skills alongside other budding producers.
You’ll experience the real thing, working to a client brief transforming a simple demo into a fully produced track.
Liaising with musicians you’ll plan, setup and capture a band using multi-track and overdub recording techniques with outboards and multi mic setups. Then enhance your understanding of mixing tools to create professional level mixes.
Making Tracks Advanced is perfect for recent graduates of music technology courses and Making Tracks Intermediate.
We’ll be working at a high level, so you’ll need some experience for this. Confidence with a DAW, understanding the recording process, some mic technique, and production experience, are a must.
