Eat and Drink

Top-notch spots to eat, drink and meet

We’ve got six buzzing bars, a cosy Café and our in-house Brasserie – all under one iconic roof.

If you want to sink into a seat and let the evening unfold just right, try our Brasserie. After something quick and cosy? Our Café is packed with flaky, filled and fresh from the oven goodness, ready to grab and go.

Whether you’re popping for a pre-show pint or toasting to the night, our bars are pouring two hours before the performance, with 10% off drinks after the show just for ticket‑holders.

Bars

We’ve got five bars and a proper pub to explore. Expect craft beers, great wines and local pours – with views that only get better the higher you go.

Drink in the details

We’re a cashless venue.

Cards, mobile devices and smart watches are all accepted. Going cashless means faster service, shorter queues and a smoother visit for everyone.

Proper local

Every bite and sip at The Glasshouse is rooted in the North East. We work with local growers, bakers, brewers and makers to bring you the freshest seasonal dishes and drinks full of flavour and pride. It’s our way of serving the region we love.

Proper good

It’s about looking after where we all call home too. We reduce waste where we can, use plant-based packaging and when waste does happen, make sure it’s processed into something useful. Curious to know more?

Got dietary needs? Whether it’s religious, personal or allergy-based, we’ll always do our best to look after you, just get in touch with our team.

Nothing better than a good cuppa right?

Unless you add sarnies, jammy scones, zingy lemon drizzle and an iconic album from start to finish. Afternoon tea, The Glasshouse way.
